How to request help with a purchase or service.
Digital templates
Templates are digital products that become available for on-site customization and PDF download after payment is verified. If you have trouble accessing a purchased template, receive the wrong product, experience a duplicate charge, or believe there is a billing error, contact us so we can review the issue.
Requesting a refund
Send your request to fortunefocused24@gmail.com and include the template name, purchase date, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue. Do not send your full card number or security code. We will review refund and correction requests based on the circumstances and applicable law. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, dispute, or other rights required by law.
Access and support
Keep the purchase browser’s cookies to reopen the purchased template for up to 30 days, and download your completed PDF before access expires. Clearing cookies or using another browser can interrupt access. Contact us if you cannot access a purchase or need assistance.
Custom services
Refund, cancellation, deposit, and rescheduling terms for consulting or other custom services are governed by the applicable written service agreement, invoice, or disclosed booking terms, together with applicable law. Please review those terms before purchasing.
Hands-on service orders
Cancel before work starts for a full service-fee refund. Once work begins, any unused fees are assessed against documented completed work within the agreed scope, with a work summary provided. Government and provider fees paid directly to third parties follow their own terms. The service scope, revision limits, estimates and cancellation terms are shown and accepted before payment. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Processing
If a refund is approved or required, it will generally be returned through the original payment method when possible. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
