Privacy Policy

How information is handled when you use The Brand & Bank Co. website.

Service project intake

When you continue to service checkout, we save your contact details, business/project questionnaire, timing preferences, selected scope, service-term acceptance and payment references to fulfill your order. Your payment card details stay with Stripe. Only the authorized site owner can access the fulfillment dashboard. We use project information for fulfillment, support and necessary records; it is not displayed publicly. Your browser stores an unfinished draft until you close the tab, and an HttpOnly order cookie supports order access for 30 days. Do not submit sensitive IDs, financial credentials, employee/customer records or passwords through intake. Contact us for access/correction/deletion requests; applicable recordkeeping duties may require some records to be retained.

Information you provide

We receive information you choose to provide when you email us, use a contact or consultation service, purchase a template, or customize a document. Depending on the service, this may include your name, contact information, business details, logo, and the information you enter in a document. Please avoid entering payment card numbers, security codes, Social Security numbers, or bank account details in template customization fields.

Payments and purchase records

Stripe handles card and other payment information on its secure checkout page. We receive or retain transaction-related information needed to verify a purchase, such as a payment reference, template identifier, purchase status, and a browser-linked verification value. We do not ask you to enter full payment card details into our template editor. Stripe’s own privacy terms apply to information you provide directly to Stripe.

Browser storage and documents

The site uses browser storage to remember roadmap progress, state selection, payment-design preference, and certain agreement drafts. A purchase-verification cookie helps you reopen a purchased template in the same browser for up to 30 days. Your draft can be lost if you close the tab, clear browser storage, or use a different browser. When you request a PDF, your document text and logo are sent to the site to generate the download.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to provide and support the website, process and verify purchases, respond to inquiries, deliver requested services, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Service providers that support hosting, payments, scheduling, and contact forms may process information needed to perform their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

External services and choices

Links to external resources, forms, scheduling tools, and social media lead to services with their own privacy practices. On the video learning page, YouTube content connects when you press Play or follow a YouTube link. Embedded playback uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain; YouTube may receive your IP address, device information and playback activity when you load a video, under its own privacy policy. You can manage or clear cookies and browser storage in your browser settings; doing so may remove saved progress, drafts, or the ability to reopen a purchase in that browser. Contact us to ask about information you have provided or applicable privacy rights.
